The original Indoor grow light technology is the forever popular High-pressure Sodium bulb. HPS was very efficient for its day putting out 140 lumens per watt of power, The downside is short spectrum life and they run hotter than other lighting options.
IDEAL FOR ALL GROWTH STAGES: With the use of a Metal Halide bulb for Vegetative growth and non flowering plants, The MH bulb is designed to replicate the Spring and early summer Sunlight spectrums. HPS Bulb is designed to replicate the mid summer, late Summer and Autumn sunlight spectrums.
