Important Information Regarding Shipping Costs
Please note that the price presented for your goods does not include delivery fees. Because courier pricing, fuel surcharges, and regional carrier rates fluctuate constantly, we do not utilize flat-rate package shipping. This ensures you only pay the exact, live market rate for your specific package rather than an inflated estimate.
Preparation & Measurements: Once your order is completely packed, we precisely measure and weigh the final box.
Separate Payment: A separate shipping invoice will be sent to you via email or text. Your order will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of this final payment.
Important for Shipping Bulbs
- Buyer’s Risk: All bulbs are purchased and shipped entirely at the buyer’s risk.
- No Insurance: Courier services no longer cover or compensate for transit damage to bulbs.
- Packaging: Items are packed as securely as possible using protective materials.
- No Refunds: The seller is not liable for items broken or damaged by the courier.
